Workshop Series
The workshop series includes THREE 2-hour sessions that are designed to focus on the following topics in order:
- Relationship with SELF
- Relationship with OTHERS
- Relationship with the GAME
Weekly or BiWEEKLY Sessions
Weekly: Includes 8 or more 1-hour sessions on a weekly basis.
- Sessions are programmed to address specific team needs while diving deeper into the subcategories of the three primary relationships (self, others, game) needed for individual and team success.
Biweekly: Includes FOUR or more 1-1.5 hour sessions on a biweekly basis
- Sessions are entirely customized based on specific team needs while thoroughly studying and practicing the relationship subcategories. The frequency of these sessions ensures engagement and implementation of the newly learned intangible skills.

Beyond The Game
Beyond Development will be partnering with Beyond the Game to expand and enhance our impact on student-athletes in Ohio. All workshops will now be using Devin' Jordan's Mental Manual as a resource to help student-athletes improve their intangible skills as competitors in their sport and emerging leaders within the community.
