Athletes of any sport between the ages of 10 - 18 years old can join our sports performance program to receive a customized training program. The program is designed to increase speed, strength, power, as well as, prevent injury. All athletes complete a pre & post assessment to assess progress and results upon program completion. Athletes who commit to a BD training program will improve their vertical, reaction time, agility, explosiveness, mobility, balance, athleticism, and overall competitiveness. Beyond encourages athletes to use their athletic experience as a platform to improve both tangible and intangible skills that will maximize performance and translate into life beyond sport. Beyond offers performance mentality and leadership programs that include individual and interactive group discussions and activities to improve the mental, emotional, and leadership qualities of being a student-athlete.
