Kelsey Lensman is just a normal girl with big action. She graduated from Ohio State in Sports Medicine with original plans of attending physical therapy graduate school. During her senior year she felt a pull on her heart that she had a different mission. After a life changing year of training to step on a bodybuilding stage she realized each of us are way more capable than we could ever imagine. This led her to starting her own company EmpowHER, which is a company that works 1on1 with women all across the country in their health and fitness, as well as EmpowHER Events which are all women’s strength-events for women of all ages and skill levels to step out of their comfort zone together. She is a 5x bodybuilding competitor, 3x powerlifting competitor, and competes in many other fitness competitions to push her limits. She is currently preparing for Mission48 where she will compete in 48 fitness competitions in 48 states in 48 days to raise money for charity. She is the host of The Arena Podcast with Kelsey Lensman and lives in Columbus, with the best pup ever, Captain.
La’Shawn Bradley (Brown), born and raised in Cleveland, was a three-sport varsity athlete from Cleveland Heights High School. She lettered in volleyball, basketball, and track. Recently, her high school basketball jersey has been retired. She is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University, with an undergraduate degree in Production/Operations Management, a MBA, and master’s degree in Psychology from Purdue University. While attending Louisiana Tech University on a 4-year basketball scholarship, she played in the NCAA 1994 Women’s National Championship game. She has also participated in several USA Basketball programs in Boulder, Colorado, such as being invited to participate in the Premier Post Player camp and is ranked as one of the best post players in the country among 20 other ladies. Played on the World Championship ABL team the Columbus Quest. Went on to play in Ramla, Israel. After a stint in Israel, she went on to play for the Washington Mystics in the WNBA. Currently, first year head girls’ basketball coach at Orange High School in Orange, Ohio, and working as a business analyst for Republic Services. She is an entrepreneur owning BallersCourt as she is looking to build her own basketball gyms and SixQuad LLC., is her nonprofit for mentoring young female athletes.

Ande’marie Green was born and raised in Alliance, Ohio. In her early years she participated in beauty pageants where she earned many titles. In 2016 Ande’marie went on to graduate from Alliance High in top 15 of her class earning a full tuition scholarship to the University of Mount Union. During her undergrad years at the university she studied education while being a member of the purple raider cheer team, the Black Student Union, Raider programming board, and student worker. She then graduated from the university and went to Chicago. During her time in Chicago she taught 6th, 7th, and 8th grade, math and science. She returned back to Alliance and began her teaching career in Canton City School District. Since joining the district she has taught 8th grade Science and is currently teaching 4th grade science and math. Ande’marie is also the head varsity coach for the Canton McKinley Cheer Team. Green is also co-owner of Sister Special Co. A hair oil bar business she shares with her sister A’Sarah. Ande’marie has also started a non-profit in her hometown, where she raises money to throw a Juneteenth celebration for her community. The event includes free food, bounce houses, tournaments, live music, and more! Through all this her favorite thing to do is spend time with family and friends.
Emily is the Owner and Founder of Proud Nutrition Coaching LLC in Kansas City. She holds a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and is a certified fitness and nutrition specialist. During her collegiate career, she was a part of the 2015 NJCAA Women's National Championship Team, as well as a Scholar Athlete for five years. As a retired collegiate athlete, she found a passion for nutrition and fitness while competing in bodybuilding. Her goal is to provide nutritional education and training for her clientele, so they can have sustainable "Progress to be Proud of." In her spare time, she enjoys coffee & cooking and spending time with her partner and their dog, Huck!
